Jim Salviski Founder and CEO Jim founded LogicalSolutions.net in 1995 with the vision of providing reliable and scalable web based solutions that would afford his customers a strategic advantage within their industries. As the company has grown, he has always taken great pride in maintaining an environment that promotes technological advancement, cutting edge solutions and an intense customer focus. Over the past 15 years, Jim and his team have developed over 1000 web applications and provide hosting for more than 14,000 domains.The year 2010 marks a very important time for Jim. After successfully guiding LogicalSolutions.net as a Data Center Services and Web Development company, Jim made a strategic decision to streamline the company to focus solely on Data Center Services. Jim and his team have built four (4)data centers throughout the company’s history. The latest facility is located within a 36,000 sq ft office complex, owned and operated by LogicalSolutions.net. With future growth plans in place, Jim’s goal is for LogicalSolutions.net to be recognized as the most technically advanced, most reliable, scalable and secure data center solutions provider in the industry while maintaining a laser focus on customer service. |

Joe Reazor Director of IT Services Joe has been managing IT organizations for the past 10 years. He has held management positions with both national and international corporations helping to lead segments of their IT divisions. Joe joined LogicalSolutions.net in 2005 and has been instrumental in the growth of its web based solutions that is a major revenue source for the company. As Director of IT, Joe is responsible for hosting, products, support, and oversees the technical and support staff. |

Mike Salviski Director of Business Development Mike Joined LogicalSolutions.net as the Director of Enterprise Applications. Mike moved to Rochester, NY from Atlanta, GA where he had been working with SAP Software the past 5 years. Mike has helped many Fortune 500 Companies Design and Implement their IT Infrastructure and SAP Platforms, including NASA, SunTrust Banks, Air Force, and Burger King Corporation. |

Jeffrey Cagwin Director of Enterprise Hosting Jeffrey joined LogicalSolutions.net in March of 2001.He brings over 20 years of IT experience to LogicalSolutions.net. His responsibilities include managing the complete server infrastructure and oversees installation, systems operations, and maintenance of all hardware for the Enterprise Clients. Before joining LogicalSolutions.net, Jeffrey was an Ecommerce project manager and integration programmer. |

Rob Magnanti Manager, Systems & Applications Rob joined LogicalSolutions.net in July of 2007 and has over 5 years experience in the web hosting industry. Along with managing LogicalSolutions.net’s systems and applications, Rob works closely with the support team to automate processes and increase overall efficiencies. |

Casey Rohrer Enterprise Colocation Sales Executive Casey joined LogicalSolutions.net is 2008 to market and sell data center services within the company’s new SAS 70 Type II Certified Enterprise Class Data Center. Having almost 10 years of experience in data center marketing and sales, Casey is working to develop relationships and broker deals that continue to move LogicalSolutions.net up market. Focusing on colocation and disaster recovery solutions, Casey is able to offer the latest in data center technology to provide the most cost effective and reliable services in the industry. |

Anthony Giordano Sales Executive/Product Manager Anthony joined the team at LogicalSolutions.net in January 2008. Anthony brings with him an extensive technology background and an MBA from the Bittner School of Business. Anthony is responsible for shared hosting, enterprise hosting, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, data storage, disaster recovery and products. |
